1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website, creating an account, or viewing listing details, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

2. Personal, non-commercial use

This website is intended for individuals with a bona fide interest in buying, selling, or leasing real estate. You may not use listing data for commercial purposes, resale, redistribution, data mining, scraping, or automated extraction.

3. MLS® and VOW data

Listing information is supplied through PropTx MLS® Inc., a subsidiary of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). You acknowledge PropTx's ownership of and copyright in the MLS® database and listing content.

  • Data is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You must not merge PropTx data with non-MLS feeds in a way that obscures source.
  • You must not alter field values in a way that changes their meaning.
  • Listings may be withheld when seller permission flags prohibit display.

4. Broker–consumer relationship

By registering, you acknowledge a lawful broker–consumer relationship with the operating real estate professional for purposes of accessing VOW data. This does not create a buyer representation agreement unless separately executed in writing.

5. Account requirements

To access listing details and sold data you must:

  • Provide your name and a valid email address.
  • Verify your email address.
  • Review and affirmatively accept these Terms of Use.
  • Maintain unique login credentials and renew access every 90 days when prompted.

6. PropTx audit access

You authorize PropTx MLS® Inc. and authorized representatives to access this website to verify compliance with MLS® Rules and Policies, including VOW rules and listing display requirements.

7. Accuracy disclaimer

Listing data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by PropTx MLS® Inc. Verify all material facts independently before making real estate decisions.
