When you register for access to Virtual Office Website (VOW) listing data, we may share your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and access records with PropTx MLS® Inc. for auditing, compliance verification, and legal purposes as required under PropTx VOW rules.

We handle personal information in accordance with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA). You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or request deletion of your account subject to legal retention requirements.

We retain registrant records (including credentials state) for at least 180 days after password expiry or account closure where required for PropTx compliance.
